Services Provided
EMC Consultation – We specialize in EMI troubleshooting and have developed several unique bench top pre-compliance and assessment tests that can quickly find the root cause of your EMC issues. Most of our consultations can be performed remotely or we can help you troubleshoot and mitigate issues on-site.
EMC Design Reviews – Many EMC issues can be resolved through a simple design review. We review your schematics, circuit board layout, layer stack-up, system & mechanical design prior to prototype build. Often, this may be performed remotely within 1 to 2 days, depending on the product or system complexity.
Training Services – we specialize in training – from the basics of EMC design, to more advanced circuit and layout design. We have training modules for circuit designers, systems & mechanical engineers and circuit board layout specialists. Our training is oriented to the product designer and stands out as being very practical with many live demonstrations. We endeavor to make EMC design & compliance easy!
Pre-Compliance Testing – This service may be performed throughout your design cycle – from board level to breadboard and pre-production systems. You’ll have a good idea whether your product is ready to pass prior to qualification testing. We also teach you how to perform simple tests in-house to better prepare for formal compliance testing!
EMC Compliance Testing – We utilize the best EMC test labs nearest your facility and can work directly with their test engineers and your design staff to ensure as smooth a compliance experience as possible.
